COME FOR THE FOOD – STAY FOR THE COMMUNITY
The Mill on North Food Hall is West Baltimore’s first food hall, where locally owned restaurants, artisanal food vendors, and community-driven experiences come together under one roof. Located at 2636 W. North Avenue, we’re more than a place to eat—we’re a movement that celebrates culture, creativity, and connection on Baltimore’s Westside.
With six innovative food vendors and a craft cocktail bar, The Mill on North offers something for every craving. From fresh seafood and comfort food to locally roasted coffee and brunch favorites, each concept reflects the flavors and flair of West Baltimore.

MORE THAN A MEAL
Every vendor at The Mill on North has a direct connection to Baltimore’s Westside. These aren’t just food businesses—they’re part of the heartbeat of the community. We’re a proud launchpad for local entrepreneurs, offering support, exposure, and a platform to thrive. Our space is designed for connection—with indoor and outdoor seating, weekly events, and partnerships with community organizations across the city. When you visit The Mill, you’re not just eating—you’re investing in Black-owned businesses, small business growth, and Baltimore’s creative economy.
OUR History
Once a go-to destination for home improvement in Baltimore, the former Walbrook Mill & Lumber Company served generations of residents in need of window repairs and renovation materials. Today, this historic five-acre site along North Avenue is being reimagined as a vibrant mixed-use development, featuring new apartment homes, commercial spaces, and dedicated parking—bringing new life and opportunity to a storied West Baltimore location.
